Yes. Create a ZipReceipts business (and receipt address) for each property so archives stay separate. The product does not ship a cross-property folder tree inside one business—separation is one business per property.
Can my cleaner send receipts?
Yes. They can forward or send files to the property’s receipt address without needing your personal email access. Invite them as a member only if you want dashboard upload access.
Do you connect to Airbnb?
No. ZipReceipts collects purchase receipts you forward or upload; it is not an Airbnb payout or reservation manager.
Is this property accounting software?
No. It organizes supporting receipt files for your bookkeeping process. It does not replace QuickBooks, Xero, or a property P&L tool.
What file types work?
Forward common receipt emails, or upload PDF, JPEG, PNG, and HTML from the dashboard. Files are normalized for storage and monthly export.
Can I download by month?

How do QuickBooks or Xero fit in?
