# Short-Term-Rental Expense and Receipt Checklist

A practical list of purchase types Airbnb and short-term-rental hosts often forward to a dedicated ZipReceipts address per property (`{alias}@in.zipreceipts.com`). Use it as a reminder of what belongs in each property archive—not as tax advice or a property P&L.

ZipReceipts is a private receipt inbox + monthly ZIP export. It does not connect to Gmail, Outlook, or Airbnb. It does not auto-categorize expenses for taxes and is not property accounting software.

**Product truth:** Create a separate ZipReceipts business (and receipt address) for each property so archives stay separate. The product does not ship a cross-property folder tree inside one business.
